Five generations of the Mea family have made wine in the Grand Cru Village of Louvois. Starting with Gilbert Mea in 1922, the unbroken lineage of family knowledge has been passed now to Sophie. She farms nearly 30 plots in the Montagne de Reims, farming organically and making champagnes that are powerful but have an undertone of beauty and finesse.
