Garth's career in wine over the last 24 years includes a decade as a sommelier at Michelin starred restaurants Per Se and The French Laundry and as the US Ambassador for Krug Champagne. Cat has spent over 20 years building & designing restaurants across the country in addition to being Senior Designer for Starbucks Corporate. Together, we have traveled extensively to the Champagne Region of France to build strong relationships with grower families deeply rooted in the community. It is our shared goal to further educate those curious about champagne and to reveal a broader experience beyond the mainstream & mass-produced. Through our relationships in and passion for Champagne, we created Le Deux. We want you to know where your bottle is coming from, who dedicated their life to perfecting it, and why it is so important to support small grower champagne. In our club, we will always uncover new & exciting bottles that you cannot otherwise find. You will always drink what we drink, because every bottle has been personally tasted and selected by us.
