Fabrice Agrapart has been making some of the best champagnes in the world for over 40 years. He and his brother have run their family estate and created a brand that tops the list of every champagne lovers favorites. In 2020 he went out on his own to create his brand, Agrapart Avize. The project is one that is grand in scale with a massive build out of a restaurant, hotel and cellars over the next few years. It is also a project that is close to the land, nature and built on family and friendship. Based in Avize, the heart of Grand Cru Chardonnay country, these champagnes have an unmistakable verve.
