Your next club shipment is almost ready! We continue our exciting dive in to new and outstanding producers in Champagne. This month we are taking a trip down south to the Aube and our new friends Domaine la Borderie. These just landed and you are the first to receive them! Brother and sister team, Marie and Simon, are crafting some of the most sought after wine sin the region and we were able to partner with them at Le Deux. They only produce 10,000 bottles a year for the whole world!

Their focus is not only on making great champagne but also on farming in a responsible way. Having long abandoned chemical fertilizers and pesticides they use only organic material when working in the vineyards. They also encourage biodiversity by planting native grasses and an orchard as well as providing bird and bat boxes for an full and thriving ecosystem. All of this adds up to happy healthy grapes that make compelling champagnes.

While there is some turmoil in the US as to the future of imported wine and spirits in to the country we stand resolute in our commitment to offering you the best and brightest from Champagne. We will continue to offer Le Deux members the best and we thank you for your trust and enthusiasm.
